WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?

Products are warranted by Yatra Inc. against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship resulting from normal use for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Returned defective products will be exchanged for the exact same item.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

For a refund or exchange, products must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. Proof of purchase required. Product must be in original box with all original accessories and packaging in undamaged, clean and brand-new condition. Products that are incomplete, damaged or have been used will require a deduction in refund. There is a 30% restocking fee on all returned products. Refunds will be issued by check.

Yes, international orders can be processed through Amazon.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Our standard order processing time is 1-5 business days within the United States. This does not apply to bulk orders or out of stock items.
